    Read your Visit 1 feedback and write your reflection in App RAISE, before your first meeting with your Innovator.

    Talk through your feedback with your Innovator, and Unpick the lesson that was visited, together.

    Go through Choose your focus with your Innovator for every focus area, and agree a strategy for each.

    Visit a Blue

    30 mins

    Spend 15 to 20 minutes in the lesson of a colleague who is strong in one of your focus areas. They are on the Reflection pathway, which means they had two or more Blue areas.

    Peer Chat

    Talk with the colleague you visited about what works and why, as two professionals sharing practice.

    Reflect on the Visit

    Write your reflection on the visit and the peer chat, while it is fresh.

    Plan a lesson with your Innovator that uses your strategies, with Lesson Weaver and Digital Companion.

    Use your strategies in every lesson, and record the lesson you planned with PowerEd.

    Unpick Your Session

    Run the recorded lesson through Unpick, and compare it with the lesson from Visit 1.
