Agree Next Steps
Go through Choose your focus with your Innovator for every focus area, and agree a strategy for each.
What to do
1. For each focus area, open the part your feedback points to on Choose your focus, and do its "Check it yourself first" task.
2. Agree a strategy for each area together. If you have three or more focus areas, agree which to start with.
3. Note what you will bring to your next visit for each area, and record your next steps where your Innovator shows you.
Short on time?
Agree the strategy for the area that affects the most learners. Add the others at your next meeting.

Use the "Start here" strategy for your first area in your next lesson, exactly as written. Adapt it once you have seen it work.
