Visit a Blue
Spend 15 to 20 minutes in the lesson of a colleague who is strong in one of your focus areas. They are on the Reflection pathway, which means they had two or more Blue areas.
What to do
1. Your Innovator sets up the visit and agrees with you which area to watch.
2. Watch for one thing: what the teacher does for that area, and what learners do in response.
3. Note two decisions you would like to ask about afterwards.
Short on time?
