Putting It Into Practice
Teach the plan, then repeat the same move for two to three weeks until it holds.
What to do
1. Teach the lesson you planned. Collect one piece of evidence: learners' work, their answers or a quick Form.
2. Use the same move in every lesson for the next two to three weeks.
3. After each lesson, compare: what stayed the same, what changed, what got easier?
Short on time?
Keep using the move. The comparison can be one line on your plan.
Quick win for your next lesson
Keep one thing the same across two lessons, such as the question or the timing, so you can see whether your change is what made the difference.

Reflect
Pause for a few minutes. Short notes or bullet points are enough.
- STOP:
What happened this time?
- THINK:
What is different from the last attempt?
- PLAN:
What will I adjust next?
Next step
When the move feels steady, ask your Innovator to book your second sign-off visit.
Your reflection record
Prompts for your own notes on this stage. Bring them to your next conversation with your Innovator.
- What I expected…
- What I did, and how often…
- What changed for learners…
- What the evidence shows…
- What I will adjust…
