Stage 9 · Review & Reflection
30 minWhat this is for: Look back at your starting point, agree your outcome from the sign-off visit, and set up what comes next.
By the end, you can
- Say what has changed since your starting point
- Know your next step: STEP AHEAD, STEP UP or a revisit
What to do
- Step 1: With your Innovator, put your starting point next to your sign-off feedback. What has changed?
- Step 2: Agree your route: STEP AHEAD with your RAISE target, STEP UP, or a revisit.
- Step 3: Ready for RAISE? Before your first RAISE visit, your Innovator tells your RAISE Innovator your Amber area, what you tried and where they saw progress.
- How you'll know you're done:
- The "I can" check at the end.
Short on time?
Bring your sign-off feedback. Your Innovator will have your starting point, and the conversation does the rest.
Quick win for your next lesson

STOP: Look back at your starting point. What would you have told this new teacher then?
Dig deeper: What changed your mind?
